La Sirena Grill, a casual Mexican restaurant in Orchard Hills Village Center, is now offering a weekend breakfast menu. The new options include a variety of breakfast burritos; a breakfast sandwich with organic scrambled eggs, pinto beans, queso fresco, lettuce, tomato, aioli and jalapenos; and the popular Mexican breakfast dish huevos rancheros.

The restaurant, La Sirena Grill’s third Orange County location, serves contemporary Mexican flavors with fresh, organic ingredients.
