California Foreclosure Institute will present a free two-hour workshop for beginner investors and Realtors on how to get started finding and buying foreclosure properties from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 27. The workshop will be at Irvine Public Library, 14361 Yale Ave. The workshop will be taught by Lloyd Segal, author of “Stop Foreclosure Now.” The workshop is complimentary, but reservations are required.
