Irvine homes prices and sales - early July

The median price for all Irvine homes for the 22 business days ending July 9 was $648,287 – down 12.6 percent from $742,011 in the same period a year ago. The number of Irvine homes sold decreases 25 percent - from 244 to 183.

Countywide, the $477,000 median is down 26.6 percent from a year ago, while sales are down 1.7 percent.
