‘Real Housewives’ trainer to host women’s boot camp

womens_training.jpgAdidas and Adventure Boot Camp have teamed up to host a Shape Up & Shop Boot Camp for women at Irvine Spectrum Center this Saturday.

Participants will burn fat and receive $20 off a purchase of $100 or more on the latest adidas women’s performance gear. The event will be led by John Spencer Ellis, the boot camp instructor from Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” He will be joined by three of his top instructors.

The event is from 8 to 10 a.m. and is free to the first 100 women who sign up at the boot camp website.

The public can also meet a couple of the stars from “The Real Housewives of Orange County” who will be on site signing autographs at the event.

    I would love to join and lose weight I am just getting over a stoke I have come a long way. I want to live a long live and happy one. I prey everyday to understand why and help me become a stronger person. I have regain all but about 10% on my left side. We are retried now and have a new rv and can’t wait to get on the road. But I can’t till I get stronger. I am ready to get in shape and be happy!
