Lucca Cafe in Quail Hill will offer its best specials from 2007 this New Year’s Eve.

Items include the Pasta Four Taste (Tortellini with Pesto, Butternut Squash Ravioli, linguini with Shrimp and Caviar, and Cannelloni with Veal and Ragu); two surf and turfs with Maryland Crab Cake, filet mignon, jumbo shrimp and more); whole baked fish in a rock salt crust (branzino Greek style); mini euro pastries for dessert (éclairs, profiteroles, cannolis, tarts, cheesecake and chocolate bites).
